We provide an automated conversion optimization platform, including onboarding, client dashboards, and analytics reporting. Services may change over time as we improve the product.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- Plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
- Trials require a valid payment method and convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Each account is eligible for one trial. Reactivations require a paid subscription.
- If you cancel, access continues through the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Services, attempt to reverse engineer them, or use them to violate laws or third-party rights. You must ensure your own compliance requirements are reflected in guardrails you configure.
5. Client content and guardrails
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content, offers, and constraints you provide. The platform enforces those guardrails but does not replace your compliance obligations.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights to the Services, including code, models, workflows, and optimization logic. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services during your subscription.
7. Confidentiality
Performance data, dashboards, and reports are confidential and may not be shared publicly without written permission, except as required by law.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific revenue or conversion outcomes because results depend on traffic, offers, and implementation quality.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or loss of profits arising from the Services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services. You may cancel at any time through your billing settings.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
